Honest about the fees

Starter: €0/month, 10% per order (before tips). Pro: €99/month, 5% on your own orders, plus table bookings and email marketing — first month free. Venue+: €299/month, 2% on your own orders. Groups: €500/month across all your venues. On paid tiers the full 10% applies only to orders Tipsi brings you (send-a-drink, shared links, discovery). Stripe card processing (~1.5% + 20¢) is separate on all tiers, paid by the venue.

  • Versus delivery apps — Deliveroo, Just Eat, Uber Eats (often 25–30%) — they take a huge cut, own your customer and keep the data. We grow spend at the table you already have, and the customer stays yours.
  • Versus an extra Saturday hire — one extra round per table often covers Tipsi for the whole night.
  • The €250 setup package is required — printer, QR stickers and your menu built for you. It routes phone orders to your bar and kitchen, and we say so upfront — no trap at step seven.
